Fine Art Giclee Limited Edition Print of "Fruition: Rainier Cherries"

DESCRIPTION

This is a limited edition print of my original oil painting “Fruition: Rainier Cherries.” The yellow and red Rainier cherries seemingly glow in sunlight.

This is a limited-edition print, which means there will only be 30 like this printed. The prints are numbered 1/30. Each print is personally editioned (signed, titled, and numbered) by me.

The original painting took several months to make. I painted it using the grisaille method, where I first did the entire painting in grayscale. Then, I added careful layers of color and detail.

“Fruition: Rainier Cherries” was made directly after my “Blush: Florida Lemons” painting. This painting helped me recognize my artistic potential, which is why it is entitled “Fruition.” I hope that it equally inspires you to achieve your most daring endeavors.

DETAILS:

A fine art giclee print, this was printed with Ultrachrome Archival Inks on Vibrance Matte paper. It was printed by local experts who have been making fine art prints for over 25 years.

The printed image size is 6x8 inches with a 1-inch border for framing. The full paper size is 8x10 inches.

The print comes in a clear sleeve with a solid mat board; these protect it from fingerprints, dust, and damage. (Sleeve is shown in one of the product photos.) A certificate of authenticity is included.

RAINIER CHERRIES:

Rainier cherries are a delicate stone stone fruit prized for their sweetness and color. (Source: Washington State Magazine.)The color of a Rainier cherries is like a buttercup tinged with a pleasing pink to bright red blush. The appeal of these contrasting colors makes them stand out like gems among other types of cherries.

Rainier cherries were named for Mount Rainier and developed at Washington State University. They are made from a cross between two types of cherries, the Oregonian Bing, originating 1875, and the British Columbian Van, dating back to 1936.

SIGNATURE:

This print has been signed in pencil on the front under the image, as typical for limited edition prints. The writing bears the edition number, the title, and my name.

UNFRAMED:

This print is unframed. It’s a convenient size to frame. You can simply put it in an 8x10 inch frame. Or you can find a frame that has a mat with an opening of 6x8 inches.
