Atlantic Ocean, Race Point Beach: Limited Edition Giclee Print
This signed, limited-edition giclée print captures my plein air illusion of the Atlantic Ocean at Race Point Beach. Only 60 will be made, each hand-signed, titled, and numbered. Secure yours today.
Race Point Beach & Its Whales
Located at the tip of Cape Cod, Race Point Beach is known for its powerful tidal currents, crisp Atlantic views, and abundant marine life. The deep, cold waters of the ocean mix with warm, shallow waters, creating a nutrient-rich environment that supports abundant marine life, including whales. If you’re lucky, you might even see them from shore with binoculars.
Once hunted to near extinction during the whaling era, whale populations have slowly begun to recover thanks to conservation efforts. However, they still face significant threats today, including ship strikes, entanglements in fishing gear, and pollution, all of which continue to endanger their survival.
